Our range of fresh classic and gourmet pasta is inspired by both classic Italian and Italian-South American recipes, as millions of Italians immigrated to South America in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, so that pasta recipes have evolved a bit differently. Good examples of this are giant ravioli with unusual fillings, or round versions known as sorrentinos. All our pasta is freshly made on-site.
Your gourmet pasta experience can be accompanied by our delectable selection of wines, a bottle of local ale, or a soft drink or mixer. If you’re gluten-free or someone in your group doesn’t like pasta, we offer some delicious alternatives to pasta too, and if you have little ones in tow, we have a children’s menu and crayons at the ready.
